After I graduate college, I found a picture from my high school graduation. I can remember how insecure I use to be and never felt pretty compared to my stick-thin friends, at my heaviest I was close to 170 lbs. Since then I'm thrilled to say that I've lost over 20 lbs thanks to eating clean and healthy and also included more cardio into my fitness routine.
